Return, Refund & Sales Policy

By placing an order with Rich By Risk, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

FINAL SALE POLICY

All products sold by Rich By Risk are FINAL SALE.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, except where an item is confirmed to be damaged upon delivery.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

DAMAGED ITEM CLAIMS (SOLE EXCEPTION)

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if an item arrives damaged due to manufacturing or shipping error.

To qualify, customers must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery

  • Provide the order number

  • Submit clear photographic and/or video evidence of:

  • The damaged item

  • The original packaging

  • The shipping label

Failure to meet all requirements will result in claim denial.

If approved, Rich By Risk reserves the right to:

  • Issue a replacement (if inventory permits), or

  • Issue a refund at our sole discretion

Refunds are not guaranteed.

NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-ELIGIBLE CLAIMS

We do not issue refunds, replacements, or credits for:

  • Incorrect sizing or fit

  • Buyer’s remorse or preference changes

  • Improper care, washing, or handling

  • Damage occurring after delivery

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

  • Shipping delays or carrier errors

  • Theft or loss after delivery

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts, product descriptions, and care instructions before purchasing.

LIMITED PRODUCTION & RESALE NOTICE

Many Rich By Risk items are produced in limited quantities and may never be restocked.

Due to this scarcity:

  • Customers who no longer wish to keep their item may resell it independently

  • Rich By Risk does not guarantee resale value

  • Rich By Risk does not participate in, facilitate, or endorse resale activity

  • Rich By Risk assumes no liability for third-party resale transactions

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for reasons that violate this policy.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Order blacklisting

  • Evidence submission to payment processors

  • Permanent ban from future purchases

All documentation (tracking, delivery confirmation, policy acceptance) is retained for dispute resolution.

POLICY ACCEPTANCE

This policy is legally binding and applies to all purchases made through our website or authorized sales channels.

Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
