What is the return policy?
All sales are final, and refunds, returns, and exchanges are not offered. The only exception is if your item arrives damaged, in which case you must contact support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo/video evidence. If approved, you may receive a replacement or a refund at the store's discretion.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All purchases are final sale. Orders cannot be canceled, modified, returned, refunded, or exchanged once placed, except for approved damaged-item claims.
When will I get my order?
In-stock items: Processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
Pre-made items: Allow 7–14 business days for preparation, then 3–5 business days for delivery (approximately 14–21 business days total).
Pre-order items: Estimated shipping is 2–4 weeks (Pakistan) or 4–6 weeks (China), depending on production and customs. After shipping, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. or 7–21 business days internationally.
